"The house we purchased had a mold issue and had been sitting a long time with no dehumidifier, the basement and house was very damp. After the house was mitigated by the mold experts, the listing broker took the initiative to buy a new dehumidifier and hired a plumber to hook it up. Which was highly recommended by the mold contractor. I really appreciated that"

I am not one to give out 5 stars easily, and this is the first review I have written. Mark deserves the 5 stars. . He went beyond the call of duty to make this sale happen. I had a complicated sale that required local knowledge and wisdom. When things came up that were worrisome to me, he had  that experience before and knew how to handle it. Beyond that, he always responded right away. The sale price he suggested was fair to the seller and the buyer and the house sold quickly.

We contacted Mark not knowing whether we were going to sell. Our thought was we would sell if the right buyer was looking for a house like ours- if not we would keep using the house during the few weeks in the summer where we had the time.
