Mark was very helpful in helping us find our cottage in Maushop Village. Not only did he help us understand the various layouts available in the village but he helped us understand the pros and cons of each as well as the benefits of the different parts of the village. In addition to having a thorough understanding of the units currently available, he also had knowledge of potential upcoming inventory and made inquiries to the owners of units that may be coming available for sale in the future. After settling on our unit, he was professional and helpful during the negotiation process, the inspection, the closing, and even after the closing.

We worked with Thalia this spring to find a very specific summer home. We had strong idea's of what we wanted to view. Thalia listened to both Ron and I. We found some beginner listings we thought we might like to view and sent them to Thalia as a place to begin. The first time we went to meet with Thalia, we viewed the property's we had picked out, plus several more Thalia found to fit our needs. She helped us understand the pros and cons of each of the listings as they pertained to what we wanted from our original discussions. Each time we opened a dialogue on an offer, Thalia would help us with our negotiation. She was very forthcoming in helping us understand the process and immediately responded to us with any negotiation details. Thalia's knowledge made this process so much easier.
