FROM BOSTON
Take the Southeast expressway (Rte 3 or Rte 93 south) to Cape Cod. Go over the Sagamore Bridge onto Rte 6. Take Exit 2 and bear right off ramp onto Rte 130 toward Mashpee (7.2 miles). Take a right onto Great Neck Road North to the Mashpee Rotary. Follow sign to New Seabury entrance (2.8 miles on left).

FROM NEW YORK
From New York City and the South, Take Route 95 North to Providence, Rhode Island. In Providence take Route 195 to Route 25 to Route 495 south to Cape Cod. Go over the Bourne Bridge and take Route 28 South to Route 151 exit. At the exit bear right onto Route 151 to the Mashpee Rotary. Follow sign to New Seabury entrance 2.8 miles) on left.

FROM THE NEW SEABURY ENTRANCE
Pass the Sales Cottage on the right. Bear right at the large directional sign. Travel about 1/3 miles, take a right to the New Seabury Real Estate office located in the heart of New Seabury.
